Hi,
just got a report of a compilation problem: on newer systems (openSUSE 11.0 with g++ 4.3) there is no new.h file (which is used in btOdeQuickstepConstraintSolver.cpp). I'd guess that #include <new> can be used instead.
Cheers,
Joerg

Re: btOdeQuickstepConstraintSolver.cpp: new.h missing
I get warnings about this when I build on several of my systems.

Code: Select all
In file included from /usr/include/c++/4.2/backward/new.h:33,
from /home/chunky/src/tuxwars3/src/libs/bullet/BulletDynamics/ConstraintSolver/btOdeQuickstepConstraintSolver.cpp:28:
/usr/include/c++/4.2/backward/backward_warning.h:32:2: warning: #warning This file includes at least one deprecated or antiquated header. Please consider using one of the 32 headers found in section 17.4.1.2 of the C++ standard. Examples include substituting the <X> header for the <X.h> header for C++ includes, or <iostream> instead of the deprecated header <iostream.h>. To disable this warning use -Wno-deprecated.
That is the correct answer.I'd guess that #include <new> can be used instead.
