Hi,
I've recently been introduced to Bullet Dynamica for Maya and am very impressed with it's speed.
I don't know if I'm missing something here but I don't appear to be able to key the Mass attribute for rigidbodies... or what I should really say is that when I key the attribute the sim runs only from the value on the first key and doesn't update as the sim runs.
Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong with my simulation?
Cheers for any help,
Mat

Re: Keying Mass
Ok,
so after a bit more of a play about with Dynamica it seems keying the mass attribute will work providing on the first frame it is set to 1.
Is this normal?
Cheers,
Mat

Re: Keying Mass
Hello again.
So, I worked out how to key the mass attribute... YAY!
Now for the next query.....
I'm using Dave Greenwoods Voronoi fracture script to shatter a cube which works a treat but when I use the RBD Easy Bake Hull and Mesh tool (selecting the Hull and Centre Pivot options) for conversion it simply explodes..... BOOM!
Oh yeah, I've used the set initial function too as it seemed to crumple into the origin if I didn't.
What am I doing wrong this time?
Cheers for any help,
Mat
