Changes from 2.74 to 2.77??

I recently upgraded from Bullet 2.74 to 2.77 and I'm seeing strange behavior. With no code changes I get radically different (broken) physics behavior. Objects slowing fall through the world and interpenetrate when they previously behaved fine without problems. Are there any changes that would cause this sort of behavior? If so what can I do (besides reverting back to 2.74) to fix it?

It is not clear what is wrong. Did you perform a full rebuild? Have you tried a different version, such as Bullet-2.75 or Bullet-2.76, to narrow down the problem?

This was after a full rebuild with the same compiler settings. 2.76 works without problems. I can try 2.77 again and double check to make sure everything is clean build wise.
