Hello.. I am using bullet physics for a project I started, and I had a few questions. As far as I know wheels are moving based on the velocity, so you can't make the car spin or something.. so I was wondering if I could somehow control the wheels, like make the car to be able to burn out, so move the wheels while velocity is actually 0, or just make the car spin somehow...

You might be able to make your own friction function. Use a low viscous friction and a high stribeck friction to make the wheels loose grip when spinning.
