 Post subject: CMake future for Bullet?

A question - is the plan to migrate away from CMake? If so this is unfortunate news, as we would want to make use of the CMake build logic for Bullet...

I have no plans to drop cmake anytime soon. I'm just adding support for premake and use premake to auto-generate the Visual Studio project files in a portable way.
