2 Objects wont collide when point constraint used ! why ?

I Provided a video that I uploaded on youtube , help please ..
I'm strugling with that issue 1 whole day cant do anything with that


Using maya 2016 with bullet 2.8 + 3.0
tried to go with 3.0 but still same result no collision
I provided maya file atachmebnt maybe someone wants to check

Bullet has the option to turn on or off whether two constrained objects should collide or not. In most cases, this is turned off for the reason that otherwise you might face a constant collision and therefore weird behavior. But in your case it might help to turn it on. I do not know about the particulars of Maya, but the point to point constraint should have this option. Otherwise add another little element within the bell and then add the piece within the bell using two point to point constraints. Then the piece and the bell will collide.
